I will try to make my review of Nishtha Hospital/Nvya Aesthetics as small as possible.We went for ear piercing for my 1 year old daughter through prior appointment in July 2023 however the Dr.Hiren Bhatt was busy with some surgery(not an emergency one) so the ear piercing was done by their staff which was somewhat misaligned when compared positions of both ears. Even though prior appointment was taken the Dr.Hiren Bhatt did not meet us after procedure and their staff keep insisting that we should wait as doctor wants will see us. What's more surprising is that he charged consultation fees of Rs.XXXX which is funny because he did not meet us for any prior/after procedure causing us to wait for about 1 1/2 hours. So unless you have some specific issue related to cosmetic do not go to that hospital. For ear piercing consult local tattoo shops as they do much better job.DO NOT EXTEND APOLOGY AFTER CHARGING RS.XXXX .THIS IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL REPLY.
